The Wheels, a series of hand made colour wheels photographed on black and white 35 mm slide film, presented on a carousel slide projector. The original colour wheels, which represent various colour theory systems, are transformed through the photographic act into gradient systems, hue and saturation become contrast and value. This work is a companion project to The Human Colour Wheel.
